1. Services
Silk Spa provides professional wellness and relaxation massage therapies only. Services, durations and prices shown or discussed may change without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Guests must be 18 years of age or older. We may ask for valid photo ID.
3. Appointments & Arrival
- Bookings are confirmed by phone, subject to availability.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed; full charges will apply.
- Please inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the spa before or after the session as communicated at booking. We accept cash, UPI and cards. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as communicated at the time of booking.
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy, recent surgery or skin condition before your session.
- We may decline or modify a treatment if we believe it is not safe for you.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.
6. Conduct
We expect all guests to treat our staff with respect. Harassment, abusive language or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
7. Personal Belongings
Please do not bring valuables. Silk Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
8. Liability
Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and general well-being. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silk Spa is not liable for any injury, reaction or loss arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow therapist advice.
9. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images and logo, belongs to Silk Spa and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or current.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Panvel / Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
